SCALP SHADING

SCALP SHADING

For women, hair loss is often diffused with hair thinning throughout the scalp area.  Over time areas of the scalp shows through.  The process involved in covering up these visible scalp areas is a combination of microblading and micropigmentation.

Often inexperienced SMP technicians would just do scalp micropigmentation without microblading resulting in poor results. This is because for women, their hair is long and to add micropigmentation dots in the frontal hairline without microblading looks like the head is partially shaved with the rest of the hair long.

The key is to apply microblading in the frontal hairline and putting scalp micropigmentation in the back of the scalp area.
